For their Spring/Summer 2015 Collection, Dolce & Gabbana drew inspiration from the Spanish period in Sicilian history between the years of 1576 to 1713. Sicily was ruled by Spanish Kings and saw a movement known as Sicilian Baroque which influenced both architecture as well as culture.
